Note: The intent of these reports is to provide objective measures and inform a person’s choice. It is not DSPD’s intent to make endorsements of contracted providers. These reports do not attempt to measure compliance with all contract requirements. Though some measures are related to some contractual obligations, a favorable rating should not be misconstrued as assurance of contract compliance. Actual audit findings by DSPD are considered more in-depth and exhaustive beyond the constraints of these quantitative reports.
